Momoishi Beach

We had a day off school, so we decided to hit the beach. We got together with some great friends and had a picnic and we went on the hunt for shells. What a great day to enjoy a beautiful place.

The water was beautiful and it made us feel a little closer to the United states. We are sitting on one side of the ocean and they are sitting on the other.

 Melanie and Marissa made a beautiful sandcastle. What a wonderful day to spend playing with sisters.

Even I enjoyed the sand. It was refreshing to put my toes in the sand and enjoy the relaxing sounds of the waves. It is so therapeutic and what a huge stress relief.

It was a wonderful day at the beach. As we were leaving we were stopped by two Japanese men. They were so kind and told us of a festival that would be coming to a city near us in a few weeks. We are excited to go and see it. They also loved taking pictures of the American kids. They took mounds of photos of them playing and enjoying the beach. It was a great day with great friends.
